You can use the tablets very easily. Chew on them, let them circulate in your mouth for 30 seconds and let the magic happen. No water is needed! Swallowing is not harmful, it is better to spit them out, that is what it is made for.

You use the tablets super simply. Just chew on it, let it circulate in your mouth for 30 seconds and let the magic do its work. No water is needed! Swallowing won't hurt, better is spitting it out, that's what it's made for.

One mouthwash bottle contains 50 tabs.

A standard refill package contains 50 mouthwash tabs.

It is best to store the tabs airtight in our glass storage bottle or in another airtight bottle or box. If not all tabs fit in the glass storage bottle, it is important that the remaining tablets in the refill packaging are stored in a cool and dry place.
