SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
To reduce our environmental impact, we ship using the most efficient delivery method based on what you order.
If your order includes an eBrush or a Whitening Kit, it will always be shipped with Track & Trace.
Orders containing only toothpaste, tabs, tubes or other refill products are shipped via standard mailbox mail without tracking.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
- Within the Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders over €49.99 or on orders from the subscription.
- Standard shipping within the Netherlands: €3.99 for all orders under €49.99.
- Within the United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders over £49.99 or on orders from the subscription.
- Standard shipping within the United Kingdom: £5.99 for all orders under £49.99.
- All other countries: Free shipping on all orders over €59.99 or on orders from the subscription.
- Standard shipping for all other countries: €5.99 for all orders under €59.99.
Tip: add an extra toothbrush to qualify for free delivery!
🇬🇧 Important for UK Customers
Orders over £135 may be subject to UK import charges.
If this happens, we will refund these charges in full — no questions asked.
HOW IS IT DELIVERED?
We use mailbox-friendly packaging delivered by your local postal carrier.

We avoid parcel deliveries where possible to keep our footprint low.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We do not currently offer express shipping, as it has a larger environmental impact.
We prioritize sustainable delivery methods over speed.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship throughout the European Union, the UK, and selected international countries.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking depends on what you order:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@wesmyle.com — we’ll make it right.
Under EU law, you are always entitled to receive your goods or a refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes! You can update your address anytime via your account page.
If your order has already shipped to an old address, contact us at hello@wesmyle.com and we’ll do our best to help.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed immediately.
We can’t make changes after this point, but you may still be able to cancel it if it hasn’t been packed yet.
To request cancellation, email hello@wesmyle.com with the subject “CANCEL”, including your full name and order number.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR FEES?

EU deliveries: No customs or import duties apply

Outside the EU: You may be subject to local customs/import fees
Smyle has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:

Email us at hello@wesmyle.com with “WITHDRAWAL” in the subject

Include your order number, name, and date of receipt
If you withdraw, we will refund you all payments received (including standard shipping fees) within 14 days — provided the goods are returned unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
