🦷 Smyle Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your Smyle products! But if you’re not 100% happy, we’re here to help. This policy explains how you can return products and when you’re eligible for a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

🛍️ Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you’re an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• This 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order.

• To exercise this right, simply email us at hello@wesmyle.com with the subject “Withdrawal”.

• You can also use the model withdrawal form included below, but it’s not mandatory.

If you withdraw from your order within 14 days:

• We’ll refund the full purchase price, including the standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless it was faulty.

⚠️ Please note: This right does not apply to sealed products (such as opened toothpaste tabs) that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

✅ Our Extended Return Policy

In addition to your legal rights, we also offer the following:

• 60-day money-back guarantee on our electric toothbrush.

• 30-day return period for unopened Smyle toothpaste tabs, even beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal window.

To return a product:

1. Email us at hello@wesmyle.com with the subject “RETURN”.

2. Include your name and order number in the email and in the return package.

3. Make sure items are unused and in original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened toothpaste tab packages (for hygiene reasons)

• Subscription refills once they’ve been charged and shipped

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or abnormal use

We do not offer exchanges and cannot refund any shipping upgrades or extra services you may have chosen during checkout.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is not covered by us. You may use any cost-effective shipping method. Please retain proof of shipping until your return is processed.

⚖️ Legal Guarantee

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. All our products come with a 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. If your item is defective, you’re entitled to repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
