It's very simple! First things first: store them airtight in our bottle or other airtight container. When you want to brush, it's very simple: Crush the Toothpaste Tabs with your teeth, Brush for 2 minutes with a toothbrush and Smyle! And do that twice a day!

On average, people who brush twice a day use 1 tube of toothpaste every month. With Smyle you save 1 plastic tube every month from our waste ovens, landfills or oceans.

It is best to store the toothpaste tabs airtight in our glass storage bottle or in another airtight bottle or box. If not all tabs fit in the glass storage bottle, it is important that the remaining tablets in the refill packaging are stored in a cool and dry place.

The toothpaste tabs provide excellent dental care, just like regular toothpaste does. And there the similarity ends. We do NOT use plastic tubes, microplastics and bad chemicals like SLS.
