Section 3 – Publication
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms of service.
Section 4 – Woocommerce
Our store is hosted on woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored via SiteGround's data storage in the EU. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, woocommerce and the payment service provider mollie will store your credit card information. It is encrypted via the payment card industry data security standard (pci-dss). Your purchase transaction data will only be retained for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction data will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Section 5 – Third party services
In general, the third-party vendors we use will collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to allow them to provide the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than you or us. So if you choose to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.
Left
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Google Analytics:
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us find out who visits our site and what pages are looked at.
Preferences cookies
These cookies allow our websites to remember information that changes the way the site behaves or looks, such as your preferred language or the region you are in. For example, by remembering your region, a website may be able to provide you with local weather reports or traffic news. These cookies can also help you change text size, font and other parts of web pages that you can personalise.
Loss of the information stored in a preference cookie may make the website experience less functional, but should not prevent it from working.
Most Google users have a preference cookie called 'NID' in their browser. A browser sends this cookie with requests to Google sites. The NID cookie contains a unique ID that Google uses to remember your preferences and other information, such as your preferred language (e.g. English), how many search results you want to show per page (e.g. 10 or 20), and whether or not you Don't want Google's SafeSearch filter enabled.
Security cookies
We use security cookies to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of login credentials, and protect user data from unauthorized parties.
For example, we use cookies called "SID" and "HSID" that contain digitally signed and encrypted information about a user's Google Account ID and most recent login time. The combination of these two cookies allows us to block many types of attacks, such as attempts to steal the contents of forms you fill out on web pages.
Process cookies
Process cookies help the website work and provide services that website visitors expect, such as navigating web pages or accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies the website cannot function properly.
For example, we use a cookie called 'lbcs', which allows Google Docs to open many Docs in one browser. If you block this cookie, Google Docs cannot work properly.
Advertising cookies
We use cookies to make ads more attractive to users and more valuable to publishers and advertisers. Some common uses of cookies include selecting advertisements based on what is relevant to a user; to improve campaign performance reporting; and to avoid showing advertisements that the user has already seen.
Google uses cookies such as NID and SID to customize ads on Google properties, such as Google Search. For example, we use such cookies to remember your most recent searches, your previous interactions with an advertiser's ads or search results, and your visits to an advertiser's website. This helps us show you customized ads on Google.
We also use one or more cookies for advertisements we place on the internet. One of the main advertising cookies on non-Google sites is called 'IDE' and is stored in browsers under the domain doubleclick.net. Another is stored on google.com and is called ANID. We use other cookies with names such as DSID, FLC, AID, TAID and exchange_uid. Other Google properties, such as YouTube, may also use these cookies to show you more relevant ads.
Sometimes advertising cookies are set on the domain of the site you are visiting. In the case of advertisements we place on the Internet, cookies (for example, cookies called __gads 'or __gac') may be set on the domain of the site you are visiting. Unlike cookies set on Google's own domains, these cookies cannot be read by Google when you are on a site other than the one on which they are set. They serve purposes such as measuring interactions with the advertisements on that domain and preventing you from seeing the same advertisements too often.
Google also uses conversion cookies (e.g. cookies called __gcl '), whose main purpose is to help advertisers determine how often people who click on their ads ultimately take an action on their site (e.g. make a purchase). These cookies allow Google and the advertiser to determine that you clicked on the ad and later visited the advertiser's site. Conversion cookies are not used by Google for personalized ad targeting and only last for a limited time. Some of our other cookies can also be used to measure conversion events. For example, Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics cookies can also be used for this.
We also use cookies called 'AID', 'DSID' and 'TAID', which are used to associate your activity across devices if you have previously signed in to your Google Account on another device. We do this to coordinate the ads you see across devices and measure conversion events. These cookies can be set on the domains google.com/ads, google.com/ads/measurement or googleadservices.com.
If you don't want the ads you see to be coordinated across your devices, you can opt out of ad personalization using ad settings.
Session status cookies
Websites often collect information about how users interact with a website. This could include the pages that users visit most often and whether users receive error messages from certain pages. We use these so-called 'session state cookies' to help us improve our services and improve the browsing experience of our users. Blocking or deleting these cookies does not make the website unusable.
These cookies can also be used to anonymously measure the effectiveness of PPC (pay per click) and affiliate advertising.
For example, we use a cookie called 'recently_armed_video_id_list' so that YouTube can record the videos last viewed by a particular browser.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics is Google's analytics tool that helps website and app owners understand how their visitors interact with their properties. It may use a set of cookies to collect information and report statistics about site usage without personally identifying individual visitors to Google. The main cookie used by Google Analytics is the '_ga' cookie.
In addition to reporting site usage statistics, data collected by Google Analytics on Google Properties, along with some of the advertising cookies described above, may be used to deliver more relevant ads on Google Properties (such as Google Search) and across the web and to measure interactions with the advertisements we display.

When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
