The tablets are super easy to use. Chew it briefly, swirl it around in your mouth for 30 seconds and let the magic do its work. No water is required! Swallowing does no harm, but spitting it out is better, that's what it was made for.

Our Mouthwash Tabs contain Sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate, xylitol, yeast, acacia senegal gum, citric acid, cocamidopropyl betaine, mentha arvensis leaf oil, magnesium stearate, menthol, stevioside, mentha piperita oil, camellia sinensis leaf extract, silica, limonene. It's very simple! First things first: store them airtight in our bottle or other airtight container. If you then want to brush, it is very simple: Crush the Toothpaste Tabs with your teeth Brush for 2 minutes with a toothbrush Smyle! And do that twice a day!

The toothpaste tabs provide excellent dental care, just like regular toothpaste does. And there the similarity ends. We do NOT use plastic tubes, microplastics and bad chemicals like SLS.
