A standard refill package contains 125 Toothpaste Tabs, enough for two months of brushing twice a day.

How do you use the toothpaste tabs?

It's very simple! First things first: store them airtight in our bottle or other airtight container. If you then want to brush, it is very simple: Crush the Toothpaste Tabs with your teeth Brush for 2 minutes with a toothbrush Smyle! And do that twice a day!

How do toothpaste tabs differ from regular toothpaste?

The toothpaste tabs provide excellent dental care, just like regular toothpaste does. And there the similarity ends. We do NOT use plastic tubes, microplastics and bad chemicals like SLS.
