Most people use one tab at a time. But if you want, you can use two when brushing your teeth. That is completely safe to do. No problem.

Smyle has 2 variants, with and without fluoride. It is recommended not to swallow the variant with fluoride. The version without fluoride can be swallowed.

Our toothpaste tablets foam nicely due to the natural coconut oil extract. But there is slightly less foam than with 'normal' toothpaste. This is because we do not use the artificial and harmful SLS. Did you know that the degree of SLS varies per country? Foam is actually a marketing gimmick! Our tablets foam just enough to be pleasant and cleanse teeth and gums. Like all new things, it may take a few days to get used to it, but after that you'll never want to be without it again.

Rinse the brush head with clean water after each use to remove toothpaste residue and germs. It is important to use cold water, as hot water can damage the hair. Afterwards, it is important to let the toothbrush dry in an upright position.

You can also brush with an electric toothbrush if you have sensitive teeth or gums. You can use the special settings on the toothbrush for this: 'Gentle' and 'Sensitive'.
