Do toothpaste tabs have the same ingredients as regular toothpaste?

Can I swallow the Smyle toothpaste?
"Smyle has 2 variants, with and without fluoride. It is advised not to swallow the variant with flouride. The variant without fluoride can be swallowed."
How does it taste?
"It tastes like peppermint. Nice and fresh."
Does it Foam?
"Our mints also foam up nicely due to the natural coconut oil extract. But slightly less than 'normal' toothpaste. This is because we do not use the artificial and harmful SLS. Did you know that the degree of SLS varies by country? Foam is actually a marketing gimmick! Our mints lather just enough to be pleasant and clean teeth and gums. As with all new things, it might take you a few days to get used to it, but after that you'll never want to be without it."
