Smyle Wins the Seventh Edition of Coolest Dutch Brands!

Smyle has won the prestigious Coolest Dutch Brands Award for 2023! 🌟 We're incredibly proud of this achievement!

In a competition featuring many other amazing sustainable brands, a panel of 60 experts—representing top marketing and branding agencies from across the Netherlands—ultimately selected Smyle as the winner!

We’re now listed among winning brands like The Good Roll | B Corp, Fairphone, Marcel's Green Soap, VanMoof, The Vegetarian Butcher, and Naturalis Biodiversity Center Netherlands. Incredible!

Our journey to the top began in December 2023, when a longlist of nominees was narrowed down to a final 12. From there, the Coolest Dutch Brands jury, made up of experts from top marketing and branding agencies in the Netherlands, conducted a thorough assessment of each brand across multiple categories over several meetings. Written questionnaires were completed, websites and products were reviewed, and brands presented their stories in detailed pre-selection and semi-final rounds.

On May 15, 2024, Smyle proudly stood alongside fellow finalists Natuurhuisje and Willicroft. In one final power pitch, the finalists responded to remaining jury questions to the best of their ability. After this final round, all 60 jury members cast individual votes per category—resulting in a neck-and-neck race, with Smyle emerging as the ultimate winner!
