A whitening treatment from Smyle works in the same way as that of a dentist. Factors that play a role in this are how white you want your teeth and how strong the discoloration was before the treatment started.
We recommend that you whiten your teeth once a day during the treatment. For an accelerated result, some people choose to whiten their teeth in the morning and evening. If you are satisfied with the whiteness, stop the treatment. You will notice a gradual color difference, so you do not run the risk of unnaturally white teeth.
